Our story
Collegiate Clean opened its doors in 1995 as a family business, and that is still exactly what it is. We are based at 235 West Brandon Blvd in Brandon, Florida, and we serve commercial accounts throughout Tampa Bay.
We have never wanted to be the biggest cleaning company in Hillsborough County. We wanted to be the one that property managers keep for twenty years — and a good number of our clients have now been with us that long. That only happens one way: showing up, doing the work properly, and answering the phone when something needs fixing.

Commercial-grade equipment and documented cleaning procedures for every task, with environmentally friendly, people-safe chemistry. Our crews are trained on the process, not left to improvise.
Peace of mind
Licensed, bonded and fully insured, with background checks on every employee who enters your building. Certificates of insurance are available on request for your property manager or landlord.
All-inclusive service
Labor, supplies, equipment and consumables in one predictable monthly figure. No surprise line items, no “that wasn’t in the contract” conversations halfway through the year.
A family business, in the fullest sense
Family is not a marketing word here. Over the years our household has included foster children and exchange students, and that outlook carries into how we treat the people who work for us and the clients who trust us with their keys.
