Flexible scheduling — daily, weekly or custom
Most of our clients are cleaned after hours, five nights a week. Plenty are not. We run daytime porter service for buildings that need a visible presence, three-nights-a-week schedules for smaller suites, and weekend-only service for facilities that cannot be disturbed midweek.
Because we are local to Brandon, we can also respond same day when something unplanned happens — a burst pipe, an after-event mess, a surprise inspection on Monday morning.

What is the difference between janitorial and commercial cleaning?
In practice, janitorial work is the recurring day-to-day upkeep — trash, restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, floors. Commercial cleaning is the wider umbrella that also covers periodic projects like floor stripping and waxing, carpet extraction and deep disinfecting. Collegiate Clean does both, usually under one agreement so you are not juggling vendors.
Do I need to supply consumables like paper towels and soap?
No. Our agreements are all-inclusive by default — labor, equipment, cleaning chemicals and restroom consumables are bundled into one monthly figure. If you would rather buy your own consumables, we can price it that way too. Ask us at the walkthrough or call 813-763-3739.
Are your staff background checked?
Yes. Every employee who enters a client building goes through a background check, and we are licensed, bonded and insured. Certificates of insurance are available on request for landlords and property managers.
How quickly can you start?
For most buildings in Brandon, Valrico, Riverview and Tampa we can complete a walkthrough within a few days and start within a week or two of a signed scope. Urgent situations — a vendor who walked off, a building changing hands — we will do our best to accommodate immediately.
