Electrostatic spraying with Vital Oxide for offices, schools, medical suites and high-traffic facilities across Tampa, Brandon and Hillsborough County.

What is electrostatic spraying?

An electrostatic sprayer gives each droplet of disinfectant a positive electrical charge as it leaves the nozzle. Because most surfaces are neutral or negatively charged, those droplets are actively attracted to them — they wrap around objects and pull into cracks, crevices and the undersides of fixtures.

The practical difference: a person with a cloth cleans the flat surfaces they can see and reach. Electrostatic spraying covers the whole object, including the parts nobody wipes — chair bases, keyboard edges, the back of a door handle, the underside of a shared table.

The product we use

Why we use Vital Oxide

We chose Vital Oxide because it does the hard job without creating a second problem. It is an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant, and it eliminates viruses, bacteria, mould, mildew, allergens and the odours that come with them.

Just as importantly, it is non-irritating and safe to use around people and animals. No harsh fumes, no evacuating the building for hours, no residue that has to be rinsed off food-contact surfaces. That matters in a daycare, a medical waiting room or a gym far more than raw kill claims do.

  • EPA-registered and hospital-grade
  • Effective on viruses, bacteria, mould, mildew and allergens
  • Neutralises odours rather than masking them
  • Non-irritating; safe around people and pets
  • No harsh fumes and no lengthy evacuation

One-time deep disinfection or recurring service

Some clients book us once — after an outbreak, before reopening a space, ahead of an inspection. Others add electrostatic disinfecting to their janitorial agreement weekly or monthly, targeting restrooms, break rooms and touch points as standard.

Either way we work outside your operating hours, document what was treated, and can leave signage confirming the date of the last disinfecting service if that is useful for your staff or customers.

Common questions

Disinfecting & Sanitizing questions we get asked

Is electrostatic disinfecting safe around staff and children?

Yes. Vital Oxide is non-irritating and safe around people and animals, with no harsh fumes. We still schedule outside operating hours so surfaces have proper dwell and dry time, but there is no lengthy evacuation involved.

How is this different from just wiping surfaces down?

Wiping only treats flat, reachable surfaces. The charged droplets from an electrostatic sprayer are attracted to the surface and wrap around objects, reaching edges, undersides and crevices a cloth never touches — and doing it far faster across a large space.

How often should we have disinfecting done?

It depends on the building. Medical suites, daycares and gyms often want it weekly. A typical office might do it monthly, or seasonally through flu season, with one-off deep treatments after an outbreak. We will suggest a cadence at the walkthrough.

Can you do this as a one-time service?

Absolutely — you do not need a janitorial contract with us. Call 813-763-3739 and we will price a single deep disinfecting visit.
