Yes — licensed, bonded and insured, with background checks on every employee who enters a client building. Certificates of insurance are available on request for landlords and property management companies.

No. Collegiate Clean is a commercial-only cleaning company. We work with offices, retail, warehouses, medical suites, schools, gyms, places of worship and multi-tenant buildings.

That is what we aim for, and it is one of the reasons we keep staff long term. A consistent crew learns your building — which doors stick, which room is off limits, where the good vacuum lives — and the quality shows.

After a free on-site walkthrough. We look at square footage, floor types, restroom count, traffic, frequency and anything unusual about access, then give you a written scope of work and one all-inclusive monthly price. We do not quote blind over the phone, because those numbers are usually wrong.

Yes. Free site visit, free written estimate, no obligation and no pressure. If we are not the right fit we will say so.

Labor, equipment, cleaning chemicals and restroom consumables such as paper and soap. One figure, no surprise line items. If you would rather supply your own consumables we can price that way instead.

Nightly, five nights a week, three nights a week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, weekend-only, and one-off project work. We also run daytime porter service for buildings that need a visible presence during business hours.

We prefer to earn the renewal. Talk to us about term length at the walkthrough — we would rather have a client who stays because they want to.

Typically every one to three years for a full strip, with a scrub and recoat every six to twelve months in between. Daily dust-mopping and good entry matting extend that considerably.

Almost never. We schedule floor work overnight, at weekends or over a holiday closure, and we section larger areas so part of the floor stays usable. You get a timeline with safe re-entry times in advance.
