Every request gets a reply within one business day, and outside office hours the number goes straight to the owner rather than an answering service. Tell us the building, the square footage and roughly how often you need us and we can usually give you a ballpark on that first call.
2. We walk the building
The site visit is free and there is no obligation. We look at floor types, restroom counts, traffic patterns, trash volume, access and security so that the estimate reflects your actual building rather than a price-per-square-foot formula.
3. You get a written scope
You receive a task-by-task scope of work with frequencies and one all-inclusive monthly figure that already covers labor, supplies, equipment and consumables. Certificates of insurance are available on request for your property manager or landlord.
